Do I need an account to make an order at Alamae?
Signing up is optional, however doing so is beneficial as you can get the most recent updates on your order history and tracking information, as well as our newsletter and special deals and promotions. Alamae often has promotions that are offered to subscribers only.
Do you sell gift cards and can I gift one to a friend?
Yes, of course! Gift Cards can be purchased here.

How do I enter a coupon code?
To enter a coupon code during check-out, look for the green box above the billing details section. Simply click and type to enter your coupon code. Make sure you click “Apply”.
Your total should adjust to reflect your discount. Some discounts and promos do not require a code and will be applied automatically.

Alamae processes and charges orders in US dollars (USD). Please note that the currency conversions provided on our website and approximations are based on the most current exchange rates. These rates may differ from those actually used by your credit card provider. Purchases may also be subject to currency conversions feed levied by your bank.

How Do I View My Order Status?

How Can I Track An Order I Have Placed?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with tracking information. If you have not received an email within 48 business hours of making your purchase, please log into your account to check the status or contact us here and we’ll be happy to help!
Can I Cancel An Order?
Once you click that "order" button the gears are set in motion to get your package out our door and to yours as quickly as possible. This means that unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders. However, we are happy to help you with any returns or exchanges for your order.

How should I care for my Alamae products?
We recommend a warm machine wash with similar colors, using gentle biodegradable detergent, followed by air-drying in the shade. If you need to tumble dry, please select the lowest or delicate setting. Iron on a low setting. Do not dry clean.

How Do I Take Care Of My New Alamae Products?
We recommend a cold-water wash for our products and tumble dry on low. This saves energy, and will ensure the longest life possible for your clothes, especially anything that contains elastane.
